2:00    Wall Touches :30 each; Crossover, Right leg forward, Left leg forward, Behind the back
5         Compass Dribbling You will have a 12 foot compass. (north & south are 12' apart, east & west are 12' apart). Start @ south, then dribble to center, west, center, north, center, east, center, south. Reverse direction. Use scissor or behind back with every change of direction.
8x2     Scissor Dribble + Floater Finish  Scissor dribble, when defense moves, go & use floater finish before defense collapses

3 Free Throws

8x2     Skip Attack + your choice of Finish  Skip attack and crossover before finish. Vary your finishes (joust, power, floater)
8x2     Post Moves:  1. Drop step   2. Dribble drop step  3. Up & under  4. Shimmy
           Each player will make 64 total post move shots.

10:00 32's Average score for each day completed. 1 pt for layup, 2 pt for mid range, 3pt for your farthest range.

2/3     Hesi Game Play 2 out of 3, 1st player to 7 points wins. HS players at FT, younger players move closer. BLOCKS are same as missed shots where you simply switch offense to defense.
